We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser. Please double check shipping address prior to placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information. Products in the same order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
All orders $20 and over within the contiguous USA qualify for free standard shipping.
All orders in the noncontiguous USA will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.00. We do not ship to Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
Shipments are typically sent via standard ground service. Delivery times will vary based on destination but are generally 2-5 day expected delivery timeline with the contiguous United States.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost, determined by the delivery location and the speed of the expedited service selected. Orders containing hazardous materials are required to be shipped by standard ground shipping and cannot use expedited methods.
Prices will be clearly identified at the time of purchase. Pre-order items may be subject to different delivery timelines.
Once your order has been placed we may not be able to cancel orders or make any changes to the order (items, shipping address, payment method). Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment and may not be able to be edited.
